Anhui Anmei Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is located in Chizhou City, Anhui Province, China（near HUANGSHAN Mountain），and it’s a semiconductor manufacturing factory with IDM mode covering the whole industrial chain of semiconductor wafer design, wafer manufacturing and A/T.

Anxin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., the parent company of Anmei Semiconductor, is one of the leading enterprises in the subdivision field of discrete device wafer, and has strong technical and quality advantages in wafer R&D and manufacturing.

Anmei semiconductor corresponding to high-end markets such as automotive industrial control and consumer product market applications. At present, we have an annual capacity of 5000KK, which will be further expanded in the future. The products cover STD, FR, HER, UF, SF, TVS, Zener, SKY series products and solutions. According to the product outline, the product covers the full range of Axial, TO, SMD and Bridge series products. In future we will have MOSFET and IGBT series products available to connect with the market from a broader perspective. 2012

● Oct. of Y2012 Anxin electronic technology Co.; Ltd was founded, and major products was GPP wafer with PG process+LPCVD.

2013

● Xinxu Semiconductor Co.;LTD was founded, major products was GPP TVS wafer with PG process; ● Anmei Semiconductor Co.;LTD was founded, major focus on axial products Assembly and Testing.

2014

● Got TS16949:2009 QMS & ISO14001:2004 EMS certification; ● TW, Europe and local major customers qualified; ● Anmei SMA/SMB/TO/ITO series production line founded.

2015

● GPP wafer capacity achieved 100Kpcs/M; ● Got ‘National High-tech Enterprise’ certification; ● Got ‘Innovating Enterprise Excellence Award’ title; ● SMB production line founded; ● Zener GPP wafer mass production.

2017

●The second base GPP chip was officially put into production in September; ●The group company has completed the new IATF16949 QMS &ISO14001EMS management system certification ; ●Officially bulk supply with Vishay's GPP chip business.

2018

The production capacity of TVS series products reaches 100000 pieces/month; The production capacity of GPP series products reaches 400000 pieces/month; Ami Axis P600 Product Line Formally Mass Production; The second phase of the base seal test product line expansion plan to start the implementation.

2019

● Core Source Microelectronics Co., Ltd. was established, the first domestic diffusion paper source mass production line; ● The company has completed the on-site audit and certification of Midea/DJI /LG/Delta/PNT and other first-line brands; ● Special film diffusion source for solar photovoltaic, thyristor/thyristor was developed and put into production.

2020

● AM brand has passed the on-site audit certification of Midea Company and started to supply in bulk;● AX has passed Vishay-Shanghai factory evaluation certification and started batch supply;● TO automatic assembly line is put into operation;● Solar photovoltaic, thyristor/thyristor special film diffusion source research and development and production.

2021

●The 5-inch chip line began production in August, with a design capacity of 300,000 pieces; ●Completed TSC's on-site evaluation and certification, and started batch cooperation in chip and finished product cooperation business; ●TVS chip passed Vishay evaluation certification, and started batch cooperation..

2022

●FRED continuous current diode chip for IGBT parallel was successfully developed and mass-produced; ●The group company has successfully met in the science and technology board; ●GaN Mosfet products have been designed and developed, and small batch trial production has been achieved.
